Anderson is the founder of Mix-Fits, which takes a purpose-driven approach to creating sustainable jewellery. She brings 24 years working in hybrid social value organisations, as well as her experience as a small-scale responsible jewellery designer/maker who is Fairmined- licensed.
Vik has a specific interest in funding/modelling often taking on roles during periods of change and/or growth. She has recently worked at Comic Relief as Co-Director of The Futures Lab where she also worked on portfolios specifically focused on trade & enterprise. A former Director of Start-Up Social Entrepreneurs at UnLtd , Vik also set up the Advisory Service at Charities Aid Foundation which included work on corporate responsibility and their work with the non-profit world.
A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Fellow of the League of Intrapreneurs and a Member of the BMW Foundation’s Responsible Leaders Forum, she holds an MBA with a focus on creativity, innovation and change from within organisations, as well as a degree in literature and political science.
