Henriette Willberg is a legal specialist with expertise in public international law and business and human rights.
At Levin Sources, Henriette has contributed to the EU-funded DiliChance project, focusing on international standards and rightsholder engagement in assurance processes. She brings strong familiarity with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and experience working with a range of stakeholders, including governments, international organisations, civil society, and the private sector.
Outside of her work with Levin Sources, Henriette serves as Research and Discourse Coordinator at Law for Palestine, where she conducts research projects in the area of business and human rights and engages closely with UN mechanisms and legal frameworks.
Henriette previously worked at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations, where she supported multilateral engagement and programming for the European Humanitarian Forum. She also worked at the International Criminal Court, engaging with victim communities and supporting their representation in ongoing trial proceedings.
Henriette holds an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from BPP University. She also holds a BA in Classics from Oxford University and an MA from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. Henriette is fluent in English and German and is based in Berlin, Germany.
