Prasiddhi is a social sustainability specialist with experience working across the critical minerals, energy, and technology sectors. Her work focuses on the intersection of mining, development finance, and social impact, with a particular interest in responsible sourcing, governance, and inclusive economic development.
Previously, Prasiddhi worked at ERM within the Political and Social Advisory Services team, where she supported global companies and conglomerates on improving social performance, stakeholder engagement, and governance challenges across Latin America, Africa, and North America. She also contributed to the development of people-centred, gender-focused advisory services, supporting gender integration within mining operations, facilitating workshops with senior leadership on inclusive policies, and conducting gender and social analyses across extractives and development projects. Her work emphasised understanding community dynamics, addressing inequalities, and strengthening the social performance of projects in the Global South.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po Paris. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Nepali, with working proficiency in French.
